The Aboriginal Lawyers Forum is deeply committed to supporting Indigenous law and articling students – our future legal warriors – through a very special initiative.

Scholarships at Everyone Legal Clinic

The CBABC Aboriginal Lawyers Forum Scholarship funds Indigenous articling student scholarships through the Everyone Legal Clinic, run by Access Pro Bono.

The ELC aims to increase access to justice for low and modest income people by having articling students provide affordable, high quality legal services to underserved communities across B.C. These values align with the ALF's dedication to Indigenous people and the legal profession.

Darren Patrick was the 2023 recipient of the CBABC Aboriginal Lawyers Forum Scholarship.
